Robust Education Award Program (REAP)

The Foundation seeks to identify and promote talents by reaching for the less privileged in the community who exhibit traits of brilliance and determination. Robust Education Award Program (REAP) is one of the different programs under the Education Directorate of The Foundation and is being offered to select primary schools in Urualla to reward, inspire and challenge pupils to aspire for the best, persist in their quest for excellence and perhaps, inspire a lifelong passion for learning.

The award is targeted at the overall best graduating pupils in each of the classes from primary one (1) to primary five (5) and will be received annually by qualifying pupils. Each of the pupils will receive a cash award of ten thousand Naira only (N10,000), five (5) CEEF customized exercise books and a certificate of merit award. Five (5) winners who will be referred to as “REAP Champions” will emerge from the school for each academic year that the program runs. There will be consolation prizes of three (3) CEEF customized exercise books for the 2nd position and two (2) CEEF customized exercise books for the 3rd position in each of the classes. Three (3) schools selected to participate in REAP for the academic year ending July/ August 2021 are; St. John’s Nursery/Primary School Urualla, Alandu Primary School and Model Primary School. CEEF plans to include the primary 6 pupils as part of REAP only for this year as the targeted award program for primary 6 (BEST) is planned to take off next year 2022.
